President and CEO of Classic Collision, Brad Anderson, will serve as Emcee at the 2026 MSO Symposium, taking place Mon., Nov. 2nd, in Las Vegas at Rio Hotel & Casino, a Destination by Hyatt.
Anderson, who joined Classic Collision in June of this year, brings more than two decades of experience leading, growing,
and transforming companies across the transportation services, retail, and recreational manufacturing industries. Before joining Classic Collision, he served as President, Retail at Pilot Company, where he led a team of more than 26,000 team members serving over one million guests daily. Over the course of his career, he has held a wide range of leadership
positions spanning general management, finance, sales, marketing, manufacturing, and mergers and acquisitions.
Classic Collision, a leading national multi-site collision repair operator, is entering its next stage of growth and has
brought Brad Anderson on to build on the company’s more than 40-year reputation for quality, integrity, and trusted
customer service across its national network of collision repair and automotive glass locations.
“Excellent customer service is foundational to any company’s success, and this industry lives that out every day, often in
a customer’s most stressful moment. That resonates with the fundamentals I have built my career around: hospitality,
operational discipline, and building teams people want to work for.”
The 2026 MSO Symposium is hosting its 15th annual conference on the Monday preceding the AAPEX and SEMA shows
and will run from 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Presentations and panels will address expanding AI influences in operations and
the customer experience, provide information on trends in claims, consolidation, and the economy, among other topics.
“I am impressed by the caliber of talent attending the MSO Symposium — leaders who have built some of the most
successful MSOs, networks, and dealer groups in North America. The Symposium’s tradition of bringing that talent
together with OEMs and insurance carriers to raise the bar for this industry is exactly the kind of conversation I’m looking
forward to being part of,” Anderson states. “It’s a privilege to serve as Emcee for the 2026 MSO Symposium.”
Those interested in attending this exclusive annual event must meet one of the following attendance requirements:
– Owner, executive, or manager of any size multi-shop operation (MSO)
– Leadership or employee of an independent collision repair facility operating with greater than $3 million in
annual sales

The only exceptions to this list is the limited number of sponsors that help underwrite the program, and media partners.
