MSO Symposium

The Premier Executive Event for the Collision Repair Industry

The MSO Symposium was created for and is directed by many of the most experienced, high-growth executives from the leading Multi-Shop Organizations, or MSOs. Focal points of this event include opportunities to learn from industry peers, acquire knowledge from field experts on trends and topics that influence the collision repair business, and discover equipment and service offerings made for collision repair business success.

Content for this annual event is created by industry leaders found on the MSO Symposium’s advisory board, including executives from MSOs both large and small from across North America, like Butlers Collision, Caliber Collision, DrivenBrands, Fix Auto, LaMettry’s Collision Centers, and many others.

The MSO Symposium’s program is relevant for members of the collision repair industry currently working in multi- shop operations (MSOs) and large to medium-size independent collision repair facilities, OEM representatives, and insurance professionals. Attendees can expect to gain useful and original information from key decision-makers and industry influencers, that will help guide businesses today and into the future.

The 2020 MSO Symposium will consist of a series of webinar sessions over the course of a week, beginning Monday, Nov. 9 and concluding on Friday, Nov. 13. The event will contain the same-style sessions as in previous years but will be delivered in 45-90 minute sessions. This year’s event is open to the entire industry and free of charge, allowing those who are not normally able to attend the opportunity to learn about the MSO market.

Thank you to the below industry supporters for bringing this unique event to the automotive collision repair industry. If you are interested in taking advantage of one of the limited sponsorship positions, please e-mail Jennie Lenk at or Brian Nessen at
