The MSO Symposium’s program and content is relevant for members of current multi- shop operations (MSOs), owners of large, independent collision repair facilities, OEM representatives, and insurance professionals.
The 2020 MSO Symposium will consist of webinar sessions over the course of a week, beginning Monday, Nov. 9 and concluding on Friday, Nov. 13. The event will contain the same style sessions as in previous years but will be delivered in single-session installments ranging in 60-90 minutes over the course of the week. This year’s event is open to the entire industry and free of charge, allowing those who are not normally able to attend the opportunity to learn about the MSO market.
