MSO Symposium

The Premier Executive Event for the Collision Repair Industry

The MSO Symposium was created for, and is directed by many of the most experienced, high-growth executives from the leading Multi-Shop Organizations, or MSOs. Focal points of the event include opportunities to learn from industry peers, acquire knowledge from field experts on trends and topics that influence the collision repair business, and discover equipment and service offerings made for collision repair business success.

Content for this annual event is created by industry leaders found on the MSO Symposium’s advisory board, including executives from MSOs both large and small from across North America, like Butlers Collision, Caliber Collision, DrivenBrands, Fix Auto, LaMettry’s Collision Centers, and many others.

The MSO Symposium’s program is relevant for members of the collision repair industry working in multi- shop operations (MSOs), large to medium-size independent collision repair facilities, OEM representatives, and insurance professionals. Attendees can expect to gain useful and original information from key decision-makers and industry influencers, that will help guide businesses today and into the future.

The 2021 MSO Symposium will be held on November 1, 2021 at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas as a life event. Thank you to the 2021 industry supporters for enabling this unique event to the automotive collision repair industry.
