The MSO Symposium’s 15th annual conference, hosted by the Automotive Service Association, will return to Las Vegas on Monday, November 2nd. Advance registration for the one-day event, taking place prior to the 2026 SEMA and AAPEX shows, is now open.
The 2026 program will feature presentations and panel discussions on the economy, recent consolidation trends, the continued expansion and influence of AI in operations, an overview of the evolving claims environment, among other topics.
Senior Vice President, U.S. Collision Operations for Driven Brands, Scott Paul explains, “What makes the MSO Symposium unique is the willingness of people to openly share what they’re learning. The 2026 MSO Symposium begins at 8:00 a.m. PDT with a light breakfast and the opening presentation takes the stage at 9:00 a.m. The program will close with a pre-dinner cocktail reception that concludes at 5:30 p.m

Attendance to the program is restricted and qualification standards are in place. Those who qualify to attend this meeting include employees of multi-shop operators, large independent operators ($3 million or greater in annual sales), insurance companies, and select vehicle OEM’s.
