MSO Executives, Economic-Forecaster, and Data Experts Among 2025 MSO Symposium Speakers

North Richland Hills, Texas, Oct. 1, 2025 – The MSO Symposium, an exclusive one-day conference created by and for multi-shop owners and operators and their collision industry partners, will be held in Las Vegas, Monday, Nov. 3. As is tradition, this annual program provides insight on critical topics for the leaders and executives of the most influential collision repair businesses in North America and beyond.

This is the 14th annual MSO Symposium and the sixth consecutive year it will be hosted in Las Vegas, the Monday before the SEMA/AAPEX shows.

The 2025 conference doors open at 9:00 AM and sessions begin at 10:00 AM at Rio Hotel and Casino, a Destination by Hyatt. Master of Ceremonies, Brian Kaner, CEO of Boyd Group Services, opens the program with a review of the topics shaping the day’s program and sets the stage for Keynote presenter Michael Normyle of Nasdaq, to discuss up-to-date economic insight. 

To follow, CCC Intelligent Solutions will provide a macro-level view of recent vehicle developments and data in claims processing, while Focus Advisors is set to deliver the latest on consolidation numbers and trends.

Afternoon sessions include presentations from Mark Moore of IIHS and Shawn Mulvay of Liberty Mutual Insurance. There will also be panel discussions with industry experts including Claims Genius, Tractable, and Partly exploring implementation strategies for artificial intelligence in the collision repair process. The program will wrap up with a panel on preparations to manage the ongoing amplification of calibration inconsistencies and demands in the repair process, discussed by Quality Collision Group, Gerber Collision, State Farm and others.

MSO Symposium Conference Agenda for 2025 Released

The only collision industry event created by and for multi-shop owners and operators, will be held in Las Vegas, Nov. 3, the Monday before SEMA/AAPEX, at Rio Hotel & Casino, a Destination by Hyatt.

Beginning at 9:00 a.m. PDT, the most influential and forward-thinking collision repairers in North America will arrive for a day of high-quality content and impactful networking functions.

Nasdaq to Keynote at MSO Symposium in Las Vegas

North Richland Hills, Texas, September 15, 2025 –  Nasdaq returns to Las Vegas to kick off the 14th annual MSO Symposium. Senior Director of Economic Research, Michael Normlye, is set to take the stage Monday, November 3rd, at Rio Hotel & Casino, a Destination by Hyatt.

As part of the Economic Research group, Normyle works with Nasdaq’s Chief Economist in helping clients, internally and externally, understand the market implications of macroeconomic developments and forecasts. Normyle’s expertise in economic cycle forecasting, including business cycles and inflation cycles, will provide a fresh and in-depth perspective on the latest in the state of the US economy, with a look at the impacts of US trade policy on the market, what it means for the collision repair industry, as well as provide explanations for record high US equity prices amid economic crosscurrents. 

Nasdaq’s keynote presentation, Global Uncertainty & Tariffs: Economic Implications for Companies and Markets, sponsored by I-CAR, will follow the Welcome Breakfast & Networking Hour, sponsored by LKQ Corporation. A line-up full of uniquely informative presentations and discerning panel discussions will take place throughout the day, providing industry leadership knowledge for business guidance and direction. Surrounding these sessions are a number of networking opportunities including a plated luncheon, hosted by PPG; an afternoon break; and a pre-dinner cocktail reception.

This year’s event has already generated a lot of interest and MSO Symposium staff encourage qualified industry stakeholders to register as soon as possible, seating is limited. This is a “closed” meeting; those invited to attend include:

  • Owners, executives, or managers of any size multi-shop operation (MSO)
  • Leadership of an independent collision repair facility operating with greater than $3 million in annual sales
  • Insurance company representatives
  • OEM vehicle manufacturer representatives

The only exceptions to this list is the limited number of sponsors that help underwrite the program.

For those attending the AAPEX/SEMA show that same week, note the MSO Symposium is independent of that event and does require a separate registration.
