MSO Symposium Conference Agenda for 2025 Released

The one-day conference agenda for the 2025 MSO Symposium has been confirmed by the advisory board and administration. The only collision industry event created by and for multi-shop owners and operators, will be held in Las Vegas, Nov. 3, the Monday before SEMA/AAPEX, at Rio Hotel & Casino, a Destination by Hyatt.

Beginning at 9:00 a.m. PDT, the most influential and forward-thinking collision repairers in North America will arrive for a day of high-quality content and impactful networking functions.

Nasdaq to Keynote at MSO Symposium in Las Vegas

North Richland Hills, Texas, September 15, 2025 –  Nasdaq returns to Las Vegas to kick off the 14th annual MSO Symposium. Senior Director of Economic Research, Michael Normlye, is set to take the stage Monday, November 3rd, at Rio Hotel & Casino, a Destination by Hyatt.

As part of the Economic Research group, Normyle works with Nasdaq’s Chief Economist in helping clients, internally and externally, understand the market implications of macroeconomic developments and forecasts. Normyle’s expertise in economic cycle forecasting, including business cycles and inflation cycles, will provide a fresh and in-depth perspective on the latest in the state of the US economy, with a look at the impacts of US trade policy on the market, what it means for the collision repair industry, as well as provide explanations for record high US equity prices amid economic crosscurrents.

CEO of Boyd Group Services to Emcee 2025 MSO Symposium

North Richland Hills, Texas, September 5, 2025 –  President and CEO of Boyd Group Services Inc., Brian Kaner, will serve as the Master of Ceremonies at the 2025 MSO Symposium, taking place Monday, November 3rd, in Las Vegas at Rio Hotel & Casino, a Destination by Hyatt.

Brian Kaner leads one of the largest collision repair and glass service operations in North America; Gerber Collision & Glass, Glass America, Boyd Autobody & Glass, Assured Automotive in Canada, Auto Glass Service, Auto Glass Authority and Autoglassonly.com. Kaner has an extensive background leading multi-national corporations and he brings a wealth of experience to the 2025 program.

Plans for 2025 MSO Symposium Released

The Automotive Service Association looks forward to hosting the collision repair industry and kicking off the week of the SEMA/AAPEX show, the automotive industry’s largest convention of the year.

This highly anticipated single-day event brings many of the most experienced, high-growth executives of leading Multi-Shop Operators in the automotive collision repair industry together for peer-to-peer networking, information on growth strategies, and discussion of industry-centered data.

Caliber Collision, CEO to MC 2024 MSO Symposium

Advisory board members and administrators recommend taking advantage of this once a year opportunity to gather with industry leadership and obtain updates on the collision repair marketplace. 

The symposium, designed for small, medium, and large multi-shop operators, growing independent collision repair facility owners, and their business partners, will take place in Las Vegas, Monday, November 4th, prior to the start of SEMA/AAPEX. The one-day conference begins at 9 a.m. PDT with a light breakfast and the first of many networking breaks.

2024 MSO Symposium Plans Announced

Matt Ebert of Crash Champions to Lead 2023 MSO Symposium

Matt Ebert, Founder & CEO of Crash Champions, will serve as emcee for the 2023 MSO Symposium, which will take place Monday, Oct. 30, at The Mirage Convention Center in Las Vegas.

The symposium, designed for collision repair facility owners, executives, and industry leaders, will take place at the Mirage Convention Center in Las Vegas, Monday, October 30th, prior to the start of SEMA/AAPEX.
